Ula shared three photographs, the first is of her small prayer book that she keeps in her purse, the second is of the water tanks that you find on the flat roofs of all houses in Iraq which families were preparing to use to protect women and girls from the wave of kidnapping that developed at the hands of gangs immediately after the fall of the regime in April 2003. The last photograph is the all too well-known sight of the criss-crossing of tape on windows to protect them from shattering during blasts.
